Alpha, Honest Question...Do you personally know Trumaine?? You take alot of shots at the KID so I'm wondering if you had an interaction with him that helped you develop your view of him?

I personally don't know him. With his small off the field stuff and how flashy he can be on game day I understand he isn't the most likeable guy. However as a football fan in the state of Montana it's not everyday you have a guy with an opportunity to be drafted in the first couple rounds of the NFL draft. If it was a guy from MSU, Western, Rocky, etc.... I would still be excited for the kid and the state, it's a pretty neat deal for our program and our state whenever a player gets a chance to play in the NFL.

He has an opportunity to help his family out financially and if he is smart be set for life. It's a pretty neat deal for anyone. I wasn't much of a fan of Trumaine while he was at UM, but I don't personally know him, just had an idea of what I thought he was like from what I had been told and saw. The kid has a chance to mature and hopefully represent the Griz Program in a positive way. I'll be rooting for him in the NFL, until he gives me a real reason not to. A 21 year old kid getting tasered at a house party and yelling F bombs to the crowd in a rivalry game aren't things I would expect out of my kids, but I don't think that makes you a bad person. Maybe a bit immature.

Heres to hoping Trumaine can change the perception of himself and do the right things in the NFL.

I am a huge Dan Moore fan but he doesnt need to do stuff like that its bullsh*t and there is no place for it in sports. It doesnt matter who the player is or where they are from.

I respect your consitancy regarding F Bombs/grand-standing Alpha....you have never deviated from that as long as I can remember. Others seem a little inconsistent as to who they prefer to encourage and criticise regarding on or off feild behavior.

i actually agree. it's a heated rivalry. i can assure you people in the stands were swearing too. you know, those old, fat, loudmouths with a sense of entitlement who think it's cool to scream and swear at players? why should the guys busting their ass not be able to give it back after a big play? if he was just standing on the sideline, or a bench player that never got in the game...i'd tell him to stfu. but the dude was a beast that game and rolled us. i would have done the same thing. :whocares:
