I KNOW "we don't do injuries"....but I'm wondering about the team after last night. Specifically, Lewis, Rensvold, and Grossman. Any info?

TV coverage showed Lewis shaking hands afterwards, walking just fine! Hope Rensvold is okay!!!

Looked like a sprain. He couldn't put any weight on the one foot and had to have the trainers assist him to the sidline. Lewis and Grossman both came back to the game for a play or two after going out as well as Sims. Sims looked like cramping and Lewis and Grossman looked more like something minor, just banged up a bit, probably pretty sore today.

Hope they are good to go against UC Davis in a few weeks!

What? We were supposed to have all kinds of broken bones and serious injuries from playing up.

Grossman was carted off at one point to the ducks facility. Someone said he had a boot after they game. Can not confirm

I must have missed that one.

I don't get why so many people want to know what injuries there are, or get upset when Bobby doesn't say what injuries players have... Ever think that maybe Bobby doesn't talk injuries to keep opponents from targeting players who have some type of injury to get them out of the game?

I don't get upset that Bobby doesn't talk about injuries; his concern is most likely a combination of the targeting you've mentioned, not wanting the next opponent to be able to game plan on who's in and who's out, and privacy concerns.

My desire to know is based on a combination of; concern for the players. I know as a fan I have no effect on the program but I do care about it and the people involved in it. A concern about how specific injuries may effect the Griz going forward, and a need have as much info as possible before making a predicition on the score this weekend. For example had I known the exact condition of a number of Griz players I would have changed my prediction from Griz win 4-3 to Griz lose 35-7.

Because some consistently feel that they are Entitled to know things that are absolutely none of their business

This same debate crops up every year under Hauck coaches teams and every year the same old arguments are raised! If a player sustains a broken neck we are going to know about it almost immediately! If a player tweaks a pinky we don't need to know about it.

Frankly after Saturday's game i would be more interested in the Oregon injury report than ours. Seems like they had a couple of guys who did not come back to the game.
