Injury Report

I thought someone would have already provided this info on eGriz this morning.

How many Griz fans were injured by attending the game? I haven’t seen any fatalities posted, but figured I would double check.

Or did you not enjoy our tailgate hospitality or go on our side of the field after all because we are all roguish thugs?

Nice win for Montana as I predicted.

Well, maybe Dr. Woody got the message from last week's game that he shoild actually have some University and Sacramento police 🚔 on duty at your stadium before, during, and after the game, huh 🤔 ?

I had three UM fans at my tailgate and they had a good time. Too bad most walked past the area with their head down. I made plenty of steak.

But I guess you don’t want “thug steaks” and “thug craft beer”

Most probably did this because they knew humble pie wasn't on the menu.

Thank you. A graceful post. Again, your president Davis is the author of some of this.

You do steak at your tailgate? What does the prep for that look like?

There sure was some thuggish behavior on the field. Look at all the penalties those clowns racked up. Super undisciplined. Griz only had 2 penalties for 5 yards. The suck clowns were lucky the refs were not calling everything as the clowns got away with at least 3 other face masks and 2 holding penalties.
And the clowns tried to take out our QB again, just like last time we played down there when they took out LJ in the same fashion. Both were horrifically dirty plays and the league should step in. Losing a starting QB like that can end a season.
Also, did you see the riot the clowns tried to start after the game? There is video of the poor sport clowns talking trash and trying to hit a Griz. Seems like their team is a direct reflection of their president

You do realize that you are on the Griz fan site? What exactly do you expect to read here? Maybe you need to go to a site where you are welcome? Oh wait, they don't want you either.

Only fatality I saw was Sac St #4 who was juked so bad to the earth by Wortham I’m not sure he ever recovered. Still spitting out turf pellets I’m guessing.

No doubt security was much higher last night. I saw and thanked a number of Sacto police as well as private security people lining the field on the track. As we were walking through the tailgate we thanked a couple of officers and they thanked us and told us they love it when Montana comes to town as it's always a great crowd and they never have issues from any of them.

The no face mask calls were unbelievable.
Both Gillman and Wortham got up tugging at their face masks.

My son lived in Sac for a few years. He really enjoyed his time there (outside of the heat in summer). I was stationed at Mather AFB before it closed and when I visited my son it had been close to 35 years since I was in Sacramento. I thought it was still a cool city. Really enjoyed Midtown where he lived with some great brewpubs and food spots. The Golden One Center is beautiful arena. We went out to Davis for game and the folks were great and very open to inviting us to tailgates.

Question there are videos on Tik tok of some fight before concert last night anyone see any fights?? Or are the videos from last week?
They claim they are from Quevo tailgate??

I too went to Sac State and UCD before I moved to Texas. The metros where both schools reside are vibrant cities with good downtowns. Both have great pubs and food spots. MY son went to Sierra Academy of Aeronautics in Oakland to learn to become a pilot for college. This is a 4 yr college with a trade slant. I really enjoyed family visits to him and FB in the mid Cali FCS cities during fall seasons. UCD, Cal Poly & UCD had good fans and were friendly. The Griz also traveled well. I met many Montana locals during tailgates or one of the many bars of their respective communities after games. Unlike you, Uncle Rico, I was stationed at Ft Benning, GA, the home of the infantry, when on active duty.

Honestly, no issues and no even hints/signs of issues. Sac had a good security presence there in the game and around the parking lots. Tailgates were great and very social, Sac fans were friendly and inviting. In the game Sac fans were kind of oblivious to Griz fans. No heckling, no banter, nothing. Pretty respectful, and as the 2nd half got going on I think they kind of realized the path the game was on. Those that stayed for Quavo were mostly younger, maybe 3000-4000? He put on a good show, they had it set up over in the student area on the far side of the field.

I'll take a "thug" ribeye over a Griz sirloin every day of the week. Tailgates are not the game.
