Agreed.

Yep. Barring something totally crazy, Redbirds can just run out the clock.BWahlberg said:Measurement for the ball game....
grizfan47 said:It has turned into a good game. I still think ISU is the better team and will give NDSU the better game.
BWahlberg said:Hold on now, play under review, might set up a 4th and 1/2 yard

Yessssssss!
grizfan47 said:I have been distracted through much of the game, was UNH down to their third QB? If so, that play by the first QB who ran head first into the defender really hurt them.
wbtfg said:If ill st and ndsu are the two top teams in fcs, n. Iowa might be the third best. Mvc is impressive

Yep, it sure was. Wooden stands on both sides, light poles in the way, and at times, not many more people there than are at this one.
Sweet memories......those were the days.
I don't remember the games much because the Griz seemed to lose most of them. But, I remember the parties out back!!

Old men's gym on the south end, practice fields on the north end. Grizz were lucky to win a coin toss back then, let alone a football game. Norm Kampschor, Stan Renning, John Lands.....Oh my, gotta quit this!!!!

Wow, if you were watching as a UM student my hats off to you. Renning was a little before I was there. I'm more the Rocky Klever, Bob and Ed Cerkovnik era. Ended up working with Rocky at Deloitte Touche (Deloitte Haskin and Sells at the time) in Seattle after his pro career :thumb:

Not as a UM student, as a Paxson and MCHS student.
