Don't have a personal twitter or facebook acct, actually. just other disgruntled Griz fans sharing Info with me. Decided to finally pass it along. And BTW, 2506, you have NO IDEA what you're talking about in your last statement though. That was one of your dumber posts ever. On a friendly note though, Hope you enjoyed the state tourney though. Bryce Weatherston is one of my favorites to watch and he's a great kid! Maybe you'll keep it classy and introduce yourself at the Havre Invite next year.

Just a little change of pace here and it relates to Pat Williams' blatant statement in the NY Times that UM recruits "thugs" but excluded Johnson from this description for the moment. Following that discussion the other day was an article that posed that the word 'thug' is the new "N-word". By excluding Johnson from the 'thug' epitath (he's of course white) Williams dips his toe in the new racial stereotype. I've never cared for or respected Pat Williams. He was a horrible politician in his day and remains a divisive man today. He is certainly capable of racial slander and as a member of the Board of Reagents, he should be censured. And to this day he maintains the appropriateness of his words. Your bad, Pat. Your resignation would be a blessing for the University System and for racial harmony.

I have no point. Other than you brought up wrestling and I paid the kid a compliment because he's a damn good wrestler and a great kid. And I invited you to say hello at the Invite next December...Pretty simple.
I responded to another poster that brought up wrestling, and Haver's 119 and 112 wt class specifically, but I guess reading comprehension isn't a something you are good at. And you left out that you added that I don't know what I am talking about. Since I don't know what I am talking about Keegan is an outgoing kid that is fun to watch, he traded matches this year with Stillwagon and lost to him in the finals yesterday, I really hoped Keegen would win this time. So to summarize this thread one could conclude that there is a gigantic amount of Butt Hurt in Griz Nation over a diStinKwished UM alum....Pat Willliams....long time Liberal Butte guy who served in Washington D.C. for many years.....who had the audacity to call the UM FB players "Thugs" and they are really not "Thugs" but fine young men. In addition he is also a racist because the word "Thug" is the new "N" word.....and of course he didn't mention that JJ was a thug since he is white!! Since he obviously does not love the Griz Football program he should resign from the BOR immeadiately and take his friend Royce Engstrom with him who also hates Griz FB....Gloria F. should just STFU...and the FB program does NOT need any fixing what so ever!!!! Wrong. I don't think the majority of Griz Nation thinks that at all. People are pissed about PW's comments because of the timing of them and because he is a high-profile BOR. PW is NOT some kind of whistle blower as some have claimed. A whistle blower would have made these comments a year or more ago. In addition, as a high profile board of regent his quotes are inappropriate at best and at worst a dereliction of duty. The anger towards him in view is warranted not only because they are hyperbolic but why would you say these things now? And why in a position as a member of the BOR? It very much smacks of an agenda.
I, and I believe many Griz fans, acknowledge that there has been some problems with players that have not been dealt with properly in the PAST. I also believe that many of us believe that the football program and the University are on the right track in fixing these problems.
The RE decision to fire RP and JOD for no disclosed reason does not sit well with many of us just as the Kramer firing did not sit well with many of the bobcat faithful. I would think this would be understandable for you.
I think the vast majority of Griz fans also want the truth to come out in JJ's trial and that if he did it he should face the consequences, if not his reputation should be restored as best as possible. I would also think that the most objective of viewers would see that GF has overstepped the bounds of journalistic ethics. And finally, I think most of Griz Nation believes that the football program is on the right track and making progress in becoming the kind of program that is as good on the field as it is off the field.
I apologize for the length of this--I should have just went with my initial response that Teton Cat is a lowly piece of shit troll with an inferiority complex.
