A strong contender for a trip to Frisco isn’t saying much in the FCS. Year in and year out, we are down to about six teams that can make that statement. Bozeman is one of them, but it isn’t like you are going out on a limb there. You could say the same for the Griz, NDSU and SDSU. The other two teams are hanging in the balance. I would have said Idaho, but they imploded this year. UND and USD? Maybe. Just isn’t that impressive a division anymore. Stinks and the portal probably isn’t going to help the situation.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the assertion 3rd stringers playing against MSU's cupcake opponents is quality playing experience. From the highlights I've seen, the MSU backups get better reps against the sleds in practice. Double reps better.

lol. A downward spiral? You are such a great example of the worst of your fan base. Purely delusional. They just lost on the road to a top 3 team in the country. Their only other loss is a top ten FBS team. They will win their next three games. They also absolutely destroyed a team you guys struggled with.

Now they may lose to SDSU as well and USD will be a heck of a game. Now that they are seeding 16 it’s hard to say. Have the cats played a team that will make the playoffs?

So ISU losing by 24 on the road is getting destroyed, but if MSU wins by 20 on the road it's struggling?

They have not.

And I'd take NoDak straight-up against the bubs in bozo and would give 8 points in the Polaris Dome (or whatever the hell they call it).

Probably UI, they have a good schedule the rest of the season and could finish 8-4 or 9-3 with an FBS win. Unless they totally implode its pretty likely that they are seeded higher that the gris. Their Defense will carry them through.

24 and 13 pts to FBS the firs two weeks and 24, 28, 23 and 38 to FCS teams the last 4 weeks. This defense is certainly on a trend, but its not the kind of trend you want for a seed.

If they don't get healthy at QB soon, they could lose to EWU or Weber. They have the 2nd worst offense in the entire conference.

These jokers still don't get it. Cats are in a downward spiral. Vigen can't coach or recruit, was just loving off Choates recruits and lucked into getting them to Frisco the first year. Our record is only good because we haven't played anybody. Tommy can't pass, is just a RB playing QB. Cats will be lucky to make the playoffs.

Yes I was a little too fast in my response and you're correct, we both played DII in the BSC until 1978, and the IAA/FCS forward. Good catch.

My point was was to show you some of the worst losses in the entire history of gris football when, while playing at the highest level in the same conference at Stanford, Oregon, Oregon St, Cal, USC, U Washington, and Wazzu, you still managed to lose several times to the NAIA Bobcats. It was even more embarrassing for the gris during your time in the Skyline Conference playing along side BYU, Utah, Utah St, CU, Colorado St, and New Mexico. You lost to the NAIA Bobcats all the freaking time in that phase, including 4 in a row and 5 out 6 in one period. Gaaawwd that was a dark time for the gris program.

The fact that the overall series isn't worse than it is should be utterly humiliating to gris fans. Embarrassing for you to always bring it up. In spite of the 16 game streak, soon the series will be squared up for when each team is at the same level and in the same conference. Can't wait. Hopefully we get two from you this year.

Keep repeating yourself and someday someone might take you seriously. You guys should understand what embarrassment feels like but after last years debacle and the drunk coordinator debacle, I really don’t think it’s something you’re capable of feeling.
