dup, the Idaho decision does relate to FCS and the Big Sky. :thumb:

For our independent football schedule I hope we'll sign a home and home deal with Montana. The little brown stein needs to come home.
But FBS cannot travel to FCS for games...unless they get an NCAA waiver I believe. Which is possible if they are independent if they can't fill I think.

If they were too good for us a few years back, then I think they should be left to swim in now mans land.
They could alway go NAIA.

New Mexico State is in the same line with the Vandals as the lone football-playing WAC survivors.

Our 7,000 seat basketball pavilion which received new lower seating and video scoreboards in the off-season is exponentially better than what Idaho has going on for hoops (playing in an aircraft hanger).
Once the Gateway Project is complete, our football facilities will be better as well. :thumb:

That's great. Who's Idaho going to be playing in their 2013 WAC schedule? NMSU 7 times? Tx State and UTSA will undoubtedly be in the Sun Belch after this season, and probably the same for NMSU.
Maybe Idaho could play themselves for the WAC Championship and pocket the money.
