I was wrong.

Uh, so he said he was wrong...he apologized...he said he was glad he was wrong, and he is still being pilloried? Hmmm...let's forgive him...it will feel good.
 
We should have a ‘psychotherapy couch’ thread for each game. Posters can say whatever they need to feel they have some control when none of us really do. And they will never be called out on whatever they say.

Two points:
A lot of you folks have short memories. Early in the season, how many of you got games through the setup he patched together? You thought he was great back then,

And if some of you were more honest with yourself, you'd admit that you had the same thoughts in the back of your mind, early on. You just didn't have the guts to say it.
 
The Griz didn’t quit last year. Just didn’t have depth or talent to hang on in 4th. Have a lot more talent this year.

Apparently you do not know how to tell time. The game is played for 60 minutes. I guess it was cloudy and your sundial really dosen't work in those conditions

I gotta eat some crow too. At halftime I shamefully posted that I was disappointed in the team’s performance, after which they proceeded to beat down EWU the rest of the game and prove me a know nothing hater :)

I am not a real big fan of "hope I am wrong" posts. I am with cclark. You make your prediction -- good or bad -- and then stick with it. Eat your plate of crow if you need to, then move on. Begging forgiveness in my opinion is just an attempt to save face. I don't care about your face. Sorry (I guess).
 
Well I predicted a loss this weekend as well. What I see this year compared to last is this team will not give up. The previous weekend you have to give credit to Sac State, they are the real deal & I also think this year the Griz are the real deal. Sometimes a beat down will actually help a team in the long run. If we play Sac State again I like our chances the second time around. Go Griz! Keep it rolling!

It’s a fine line between eating a plate of crow and begging forgiveness... Go read the in-game thread...there were literally DOZENS of posters who said way worse shit than Psych’s post....he just had the “audacity” to make a separate thread about it....

This is all taken waaaaay too seriously....

It’s a fine line between eating a plate of crow and begging forgiveness... Go read the in-game thread...there were literally DOZENS of posters who said way worse shit than Psych’s post....he just had the “audacity” to make a separate thread about it....

For real. I simply posted, while we were losing to EWU, that I felt this season was turning into last season (strong at the start and finished week). And, I hoped I was wrong. Indeed, turns out I was wrong. Unlike last season where I felt our team would have folded, we came back strong in the second half and won. Thus, I admitted I was wrong.

Importantly, I don't give two shits what any of you think of me or my posts. Though, having a mod call me out as the worst poster on Egriz is a bit over the top. Ha.

Also, regarding to the thing I do for members of this board, sorry I didn't do it yesterday. It was raining hard here and my satellite feed was cutting out too much to make it worth while.

My post is less about this particular post and more about the concept of saying something negative then adding "hope I am wrong". I just think that is BS. That's all.
