I think Northern Arizona is a sleeper

Arizona had all they could handle with N Arizona and they are a very good team. Coach won +80% if I heard the announcers right, they are going to be a tough out for anyone.

NAU defense looked solid. NAU offense struggled with stretching the field. Continuing doing what hadn't been working and not changing things up in the 2nd half is what concerns me the most.

Next Saturday will be the first game of the season they don't play up or down. Will see who NAU really is after their games vs. Utah Tech and Incarnate Word.
 
They avoid Davis and state, they get Weber and Sac at home, and they play Idaho Oct. 5 with Idaho’s top 2 QB’s currently injured. Add in the fact they went 5-3 in conference last year, and it’s a decent bet. I count 6 D1 wins +/- 1
