As much as I would love to see Roderick in Maroon and Silver, I agree with this. Just look at Osweiler. He was behind at least one other QB just to be backup, then the cards fell in place, and now he's with the Broncos. Even though Roderick would be in line to start here immediately, I doubt he'll do that when he's currently only #2 on the roster, and will probably see quite a few snaps this year.

I'd love to see it, but I think it's a bit of a stretch.

On a semi-related note, since I never got to see Tanner play, how are his deeper passes?
