I hope the WORST kicker shows up

Worst has that extra point thing down...

You're correct...PAT he's 100%.....so anything inside 20 he can make :)

Except he is 0-0 inside 20 on FG so who knows since he is 2-3 between 20-29, 0-2 from 30-39, 6-10 between 40-49, and 1-2 over 50. He has also had two blocked so nothing in the Griz kick game is a sure thing the past couple years.

Here's to hoping Worst proves he is our best kicker when it matters most..that is if Delaney even gives him a shot and doesn't go for it on 4th down. At this point can't really blame him even though it could come down to a PAT or FG in the playoffs.

Hope we don't have to experience anything like what PSU did against EWU. The Griz playoff seeding came down to a mere PAT miss and if PSU could have won that game the Griz would have likely been seeded higher in the playoffs.

Well if there is such a thing as Karma he will come through in the clutch. One of our best kickers ever missed a final play potential game winner FG against Wofford that most of us had in the book before the kick.

carpenter's kick was a 47 yarder, in the cold. i think it was also a little (not a lot) windy. definitely not a 'gimme'.

No, but I think we all expected him to make every kick he attempted.

Gonna have to put it in the end zone the Griz do not have a field goal kicker.

Just a bit of an exaggeration there don't you think? The only kicks Mick lets him try are the ones he shouldn't be out there for. I don't disagree that he has had some problems but I'm not sure that we can make a fair judgement on him because he doesn't get a whole lot of opportunites at reasonable kicks. And we have to remember that he is just a freshman too. The kickers at Montana have spoiled us in recent years. Hell, Alabama, the #1 team in the land, has a senior kicker who has missed two kicks that should have been made today against Auburn. One of them was a dead shank that didn't look any better than Worst or Lider's worst attempt on the year. If that is the best kicker the best college football team in the last few years can get, I think we should be pretty lucky to have. Our kicking game is not THAT bad.

Worst is a freshman; Lider is a sophomore. Doesn't seem to make much difference which one of them is missing FGs. I wish both of them all the best always, but ... that just hasn't been the case this year.

Just consider ourselves luck we don't have Alabama's kickers. 0-4 and the last one returned 107 yards for a TD with no time left. I jokingly said a what if they return it statement in the time out. Ugh, I doomed them.

Just as we all cringed every time we attempted a kick in 1995, even though that is how the Championship was eventually won. With kickers we just never know, so best not to dwell on them. Simply close your eyes and think positive thoughts.

God I hope you are not the special teams coach! I totally think Worst and Lider have been kicking like Ray Charles.
