I Don't Care

Honestly. I don't care who the next coach is. Whoever is patrolling the sidelines won't make me any more or any less of a Griz fan. I am not a fan of a team based on who's running the practices and calling the plays, or even what kind of plays they're running.

Haslam wants to bring back Bobby Hauck? Super. Bob Stitt? Go for it. Brent Pease? Rock on, brother. Van Diest? Bring it on...

Offensive genius, defensive genius....it REALLY. DOESN'T. MATTER.
Young? Old? Doesn't concern me.
Here forever or using it as a stepping stone? Whatever.
Players coach...disciplinarian....couldn't care less.
Montana ties or new blood? Doesn't mean a thing.

What I WANT is to see the Griz ascend the mountain again and get back to our rightful place atop the BSC throne, throttle the Eagles and Bobcats with regularity and make annual deep runs in the playoffs. I don't care if those games are won 10-6, 56-51 or 56-6 and I don't care who's prowling the sidelines while its being done. Any coach that can make that happen and prepare us for our eventual move into the Mountain West Conference is alright in my book--I don't care WHAT his (or her 8-) ) last name is.

It's generally not a good idea to hang from anywhere, especially in Texas. Chances are its from a rope.

Oh and Az, I agree. They all got pros and cons. Just give one of em a chance.
