I feared him from my seat in the Adams center.

Where is he these days, is he back in the NBA as an assistant somewhere, lost track after he left the Bucks?
Larry's at U of Utah, Head Coach, where he has his hands full!
Tinks is in a position to be one of UM's greatest coaches (on the Men's side anyways) because he is willing to hire the right guys to assist him. There is absolutely no ego whatsoever with Wayne, he understands that Coaching is akin to running a business in that as a Manager, President, CEO of a company, you are only as good as the pieces you put around you, in terms of coaches and players. He takes pride in selecting the right replacements for his staff, as well as departing players, making sure they buy into the team, as well as his coaching philosophy. You would be amazed at how many coaches wanted to replace Evans. Guys from all over were begging Wayne to hire them. He cautiously approached his selection based on the right fit, and not the big name.
Wayne has figured things out in short manner. Ceiling is high for him.
