Humor from bobkitten nation

Cmon 2506. Griz fans don't listen to facts. They make the storyline that best suits their argument.

Well seeing as you're about as unbiased as Bear_Axed, nothing you say really qualifies as a "fact" :coffee:

Another fun fact, MSU's offense scored more points on SFA's defense that SMU's offense did

Yes, keeping talking up your last minute come-from-behind win at home... against a program that has performed so impressively while visiting WaGriz (you'll have to excuse us for not being blown away)

And I expect MSU to have yet another laughably close game with UNC, so start prepping your rationalizations now

My gut reaction is that the Griz/Cat game isn't the ultimate measure of a season for the Griz. Clearly it is for this fan. I totally understand and respect the point of view. I don't think it was meant as smack at all. I just don't get the mentality of putting so much stock in the Brawl before conference play has even started. Beating the 'Cats is just a nice way to end the season as far as I'm concerned. If it determines whether or not the Griz make the playoffs, then I'll get more into it.

You saw the context of the post, right? It was in a thread started by a griz fan offering to wager on the game. And right before the post in questions was this by east coast griz "I love it that the cats are rated this high. All the sweeter when we spank you in Missoula come November. I wish you could get to number 1."

Seems like a logical retort considering the context, no?

If I was you, I'd just worry about Jerome Souers and the Jacks comin to town this weekend. That dude will be out for blood.

When was the last time Souers won in WaGriz.....never. He's never even beat us at home.

Oh I know. But after beating Bobby at UNLV and now getting a swing at you guys at home. The dude will be lookin for a sweep. No one knows his record against the griz better then Souers. I'm sure it's left a sour taste in his mouth....

another really fun fact!
The kitten fans led by 2506 himself all believe that their Oline will get better as the year goes on.
(yet, not one of them believes any other teams D-line will improve and counter what little improvements the young. small kitten O-line will make)

My bad. I'll delete. Thanks!

Every year we hear the same thing about how good BM (er DM) is, and then the weather gets cold and you know what happens, CHOKE CITY. How you could move up in the polls after beating (barely) SFA is a stretch but that's ok because I want you at #1 when the Griz apply the beat down AGAIN.

phat cat...why do fans need to worry about jerome souers and the jacks? Did I miss something? Is this a special game? are they allowing us (fans) to suit up and play or coach? Shit, if so, where do I sign up? As soon as I get my uniform or my headset, then I'll start being scared of Northern Arizona.

I would say that its expected that any Freshman starting every game and playing all the snaps will make more progress during that year than an upper classman will who has starting experience.

Experience and performance is not a linear equation, its a curve that flattens, of course it goes without saying that it is different for each individual.

Ya a curve that flattens to about a 36/10 ratio? Right

Speaking with regard to the college in Bozeman, a great Grizzly coach once said, 'We've got a week for them in November." Good advice I'd say.
