Well he won’t be D-coordinator.
What makes you say that, Where do you thing he will end up at?

You should be ecstatic with Kent Baer then as DC. UNLV gave up 31 points, and 450 yards a game last year. Sound familiar?
On January 3, 2005, after Willingham became head coach at Washington, Baer joined Willingham's staff as defensive coordinator. At the conclusion of the 2007 season, after a statistically worst defensive season in UW football history, Willingham decided to let Baer go. In the three years at UW, the defense ranked 94, 95 and 98 in total defense, 89, 85 and 94 in scoring defense, and 106, 102 and 85 in passing defense.
My thought too. Like Gary Busey and Hauck had a baby and named him Barry Sacks.DuCharme said:Whoa! I thought I was looking at an age-progressed photo of Hauck.
They look alike...

After the last staff’s youth, don’t you think some experienced coaching would be more of a positive? Besides Germer, Only Neikamp (EWU) and Stitt (Harvard) had some experience at this level. Shann and Justin are young and great recruiters. To have a couple on our offensive staff that have been OC’s in PAC-12 and SEC (Rosey&Pease) and Germer was oline coach in Mountian West at two spots- that’s some awesome experience/knowledge base there. Now with a DC with Pac 12 coordinating experience and possible alum DLine/Linebacker coach with 10+ years of Mountain West experience. Some of this experience won’t hurt recruiting ties as well.

Yikes.
The staff as a whole? Yes. One guy in particular? Not so much. Of course he hasn’t been hired yet, as far as we know.Brother Bear said:I.M.O.#90-C.C. said:For you that are frustrated with some of these proposed hires with a more experienced staff....for what Griz pay, who exactly are you expecting?
