I agree. If JJ is expelled, and no criminal charges are brought, and no proof is brought forward, I think JJ would have a great case against UM.

Keep in mind the statement from the deputy county attorney who handled these types of allegations: "Once you accuse someone of sexual assault (rape), you cannot unring that bell." In other words, those accusations would follow him forever.

If he was "expelled" for something that he never admitted to, no criminal charges were filed, and no trial was held, that would also follow him around forever. I think UM Is trying to figure out a way out of this, as they see the writing on the wall.

I'm no lawyer (having been brought up better than that), but I agree.
Still, no charges. If this holds, I hope he sues the sh*t out of everyone involved. Anyone feeling nauseated?

What has the University done to invite a lawsuit from JJ? Someone accused him of something. So far, he hasn't been kicked out of school nor has the University said anything negative about him.
