SUU wins they're Champs. There are 4 other scenarios I'll try to describe best possible for tie breakers. 1) UM/NAU/PSU win PSU Auto 2) UM/NAU/EWU win UM Auto 3) MSU/NAU/PSU win PSU Auto 4) MSU/NAU/EWU win NAU Auto

Your stating the obvious with your other senarios. However, if you look at the orginal question. SUU and UM will have identical non conf and conf records, it's not so obvious, what does the big sky do? Please focus and answer that question..]

The question was "sure but in this case who gets the auto play off birth?" with a tie and here are all the scenarios that give the tiebreakers for the auto bid. Please realize this focuses on the question and answers that question in depth....

Sorry your still not concentraiting :shock: , under the original post the scenario involves a Saturday loss by SUU to NAU. Your response assumes the opposite. But I do agree with your claim that if SUU wins Saturday, no question it goes to them, but if they lose and the rest plays out as mention above, UM and SUU have identical conf. and non conf record and as they did not play each other who do they pick. Had they played each other, whoever was the victor in that game, with records being equal, would claim the auto birth.

casey, since at a minimum it will be a 3 team tie and quite possibly a 4 team, the first tie break in this situation would be record against the other teams that are tied since they can not use head-to-head.
