Both Hauck and Pease are complete egomaniacs. The team isn't big enough for the both of them. When you add in that Pease is completely incompetent, it's not a pretty picture. Hauck needs coordinators that fit his style and are willing to stroke his ego. Pease and Rosey are not that.
