How much more time for Saban?

Saban had that deer in the headlights look for that final second of play.
And the trashing of his players in the post game interview, "The guys just couldn't make the plays at the end." Of course the "genius" didn't take any responsibility but instead "blamed" 18-22 year olds for the loss and their lack of "fire" in the last series. It's obvious those players weren't motivated and Nick Saban wants to "blame" them. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, coach?

Yes, he blamed the fine young men. All the fine, fine young men. Feckless if you ask me.
I've done the statistics for Saban's team's last 2 games and he's statistically trending downward in wins. So most of the "fans" of Alabama want to keep him as coach and give him an "extension" and reward a downward trend and failure. Que sera sera

The trend is telling, and I'd like to tell you about it in 10,000 finely crafted words.

I wonder if he regrets not putting out press releases for three the QB's who transferred out when Hurts won the job? It's becoming a trend at Alabama how they conduct themselves and it's not a positive one.

George, I'm intimately familiar with Auburn's policies and they have processes to do this. (add 9,979 meaningless words to the end of this post).

It's well known, Hav. Alabama (read Saban) has given themselves (himself) a huge "PR" "Black-eye" by not thanking these athletes and their families for their contribution to the university and the program. Although it is well known to everyone that THIS is a policy in the University of Alabama Athletic Department to do so.

A bonus to you for making it smell like it was bound in fine Corinthian leather as well. Can't wait to not read it.

Saban's problem is his lack of ego and brash humility gets in the way. There was no reason for him to put Sark in as OC when Kiffin left, he had way too much time on his hands to be solely head coach. It's easy to see he had time left over to take DC duties on that last drive as well. Nothing shows a lack of ability to coach at this level as standing on the sidelines with your arms folded while the team loses focus and "drive" under coordinator direction. Although I hope he succeeds, I seriously doubt he can as he has shown he's not ready for this level, this type of pressure from alumni, fans, parents, the administration, hot dog vendors and student trainers.
