How is your day going Mr. Haslam?

I can't help but wonder how our young and new athletic director is doing today. I truly do not envy his position at this time in history. If he is feeling half the rath and pressure of what is being posted on egriz I doubt it has been a good Monday. He is surely learning that the job is going to be larger than handing out footballs during the game.

We still have no idea what the NCAA is looking at or finding. We have a team that is floundering and it may be because of the the coaching staff or the youth...or both. We have a team that has found a way to lose games that they seemed to have been in command of. We have seen some of the most unusual coaching calls of all time. We have players certainlly questioning our coaches and apparently arguing with the head coach.

In all probability there are those calling for a new coach, or new coordinators, or both while others are just glad there have been no more rape or dui arrests and therefore all is good.

Wow, and I thought I was having a rough Monday! I guess we will see what he is made of. Good luck with all of that! :thumb:

And to add to his bad day--you spell his name wrong. It's Haslam!

I am headed to UPS to overnight him a fire extinguisher. He is going to have to put this dumpster fire out. The real concern is RE pouring gas on the fire as he is trying to extinguish the flames.

+1...RE is the actual person that needs to go...

R.E. wanted this, Missoulian wanted this, Florio wanted this, Pat/Carol Williams wanted this and now we have "it." Some I did not mention wanted this. Yes, we now have "it."

"It" is times like this when a great leader stands up and delivers.

Of course everyone watching the Griz are concerned and in sort of a funk to put it mildly.

Will the man in charge step up? Not Kent Haslam because he must do what the "man" (R.E.) tells him to do. Pure and simple. To complain to Haslam is a waste of time. Naw, it is R.E. that is the person to correct the plight of our splended football program. And until he does this is what we will have.

The kids and players know what is going on so don't think they will sit by and watch all the hard work be thrown out with poor coaching etc. This does have the potential to be way worse than it is right now. Do I think our kids will melt down? No, but it is damn hard on them.

We sit in the stands after a cold beer and dogs screaming at the "bad" team and enjoy very good if not excellent Griz football and we are bitching? Think of our young players.

I will use my 25 cents worth of power to change what I see as a bad case of the shits. This will take more than an aspirin to correct.
