It is true he is in a blackhawk flown by my friend out of the Montana National Guard. Pics not allowed for security reasons. Enjoy whatever you are drinking this weekend Alpha. 8-)

Riiiiight. At least sound somewhat intelligent when you talk Montana assets.

ARMY AVIATION FACILITIES: The Montana Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) is the maintenance and training center for all MTARNG aviation. It is located at the Helena Regional Airport at 2850 Airport Drive. The AASF on the northeast side of the airfield is a modern facility, with significant hangar space, ramp area and storage. This new AASF is able to hangar every aircraft in the MT ARNG fleet, which currently consists of seven UH-60 Blackhawks, 23 UH-1H/V Iroquois, and one C-12R. Approximately 15 acres of concrete ramp can handle a large contingent of transient aircraft. The new AASF is collocated with the 1-189th Aviation Armory.

My friend lives in Helena which is why I mistakenly put "Helena" National Guard rather than Montana..again my error. What else was wrong in my post? Remember it was posted in Jest as well. I don't know if Alpha is taking a Blackhawk, a Greyhound or a Yugo to North Dakota. Either way I'm sure he'll have a good time like only he probably knows how.

Speaking of Flight Attendants, and I don't mean to sound judgmental/critical here, or get anyone pissed off, but have the standards been changed on the hiring process for this job?

I don't travel much, but when I did I remember the Stewardess' being smokin' hot! It appears that the weight/age standard has really been waived since the last time I used a plane for travel.

Haha. yep, Grizo...the word 'Stewardess' just haven't have the same cachet to it anymore does it?

1984 - Flying to Alaska to go salmon fishing for my dad's retirement party. Smoking allowed. Free Yukon Jack shots all the way. Cocaine and a unique experience in to back bathroom with a steaming hot stewardess.

2012 - Taken in the middle of the night into a spaceship to be anal probed by some fat old alien stewardess.
No smoking, no liquor, no coke, no fun.

Sorry fixed it to MT National Guard. And take it easy just having some fun. My friend is in the National Guard and he did fly blackhawks. He served one tour in Iraq before he went to flight school in Albama. In Iraq he served as door gunner. Maybe there are no Blackhawks in Montana anymore but there were. His commanding officer was Kent Robinson. Sorry if I got the facts wrong, no disrespect meant.
Didnt say there werent blackhawks big guy. But unless alpha is a pilot he is not on a MT bird ; )

Sure you did but then you deleted it when you realized your error and replaced it with the posted telling me to use intelligence when talking about Montana assets. Well what are these assets you are talking about..oh wait the Blackhawks you started to post weren't in Montana.

By the way my post was in jest and for fun, sorry if you couldn't recognize that.

I don't know if Alpha took a helicopter, stagecoach, train or Greyhound. I doubt they would let him pilot anyway with his .37 BAC and all.

:coffee:
