How does this work?

If a Big Sky team schedules a conference team in their non-conference schedule does it still count as a conference win if the team wins the game? MSU has scheduled EWU in their non-conference schedule after next season for two years. Just wondering how that will work. I would assume that the win would count as a conference win being it is against a conference opponent.

No it doesn't count as an in-conference win, some schools this year like UND, EWU, and CPSLO have done the same - and those wins (or losses) will not count in the conference standings.

Good, that's how that should be.
