How could the lowly Griz beat no. 3 Idaho?

The refs had a nice game. Were decisive. Kept the fan moving. On replay, I could see basis for the Walker call. They got to the right conclusion on 61’s long block. They generally weren’t picky. I didn’t get a good look of the onside kick replay. Brint didn’t like a Hatton catch. I don’t recall it.

Honestly, that was one of the best BSC officiated games I have seen in a long while. Time after time I was expecting a flag against the Griz for a defenseless hit or late hit and none came just as they should not have. My only complaint was #74 repeatedly holding Griz players. He finally got called once but he had about 10 legit holds.

Janacaro's post-game interview is good.

He said it's "never pretty with us". Bobby said during the game in an interview that the Griz are not "esthetically pleasing".

Levi said it was very loud, and louder than he had expected. Said it was nice spoiling Idaho's Homecoming.

The Griz really play 1/11 and play for their teammates.

He loved that an Idaho kid could make the game-winning play. Said Edwards is a very hard worker.

He said the Griz don't consider themselves underdogs. He said when the O is playing well, they, maybe the D, thinks they are almost invincible and are very hard to beat.

Edwards said the play was called from him on his sack/caused fumble.

If this defense can continue to get turnovers and the offense plays clean. We can win.

This was Bobby’s biggest win since he came back to Montana.

Play Riley Wilson all game every game. He is a difference maker. He was the best player on the field last night

Janacaro and all of the backers played very well.

Do you think this was bigger than the Washington win?

True. Probably on par. It’s bigger in terms of chances to win a Big Sky Chipper. Something we haven’t done since dinosaurs were around.

The Griz win vs the Huskies was huge for the Husky program.
