I like him as the kick returner, both on punts and KO. His 1st year back there was kind of rough, but he has matured and I believe he is the best person on the team for this job...

Yes - pretty steady, sure handed, good returner. I like Henderson but Naccarato could take some work off of Ellis and help keep him healthy.

Science is right. Alcohol distorts your judgement! "Naccarato could take some work off of Ellis and help keep him healthy." Doesnt that mean Chase needs to be healthy himself? The e-Griz dummy meter just friggin exploded.
Unless I am mistaken Naccarato is just a few doors down the street from double digits on the DNP list. So let me make sure I understand you right. You want a guy who has never had a return longer than 25yds to replace a guy who is an All American Return guy?
Great idea lets reduce the number of touches for our most explosive player. Does he even have a punt return to his credit in his career here? Good lord I am actually embarrassed for you.![]()

I really like what I have seen of Naccarato but I think its pretty obvious that the only change on returns IMHO would be to add Van to the mix with Henderson. Thats the change that I think should be made.
May ALL the Griz talented players stay healthy for the rest of the season.
So where is this powerful weapon? I'll repeat myself..."lil guys can't stay on the field"...or in some cases get there... :egriz:reinell30 said:BigPawzSharpClawz said:grizeyes said:reinell30 said:I like him as the kick returner, both on punts and KO. It takes 11 guys on each side of the ball on every play to win. Last I checked, this is still a team sport. If 1 or even two guys are getting the rock the majority of the time, the law of avarages show that the risk of injury is much greater. Ellis and Van are much too valuable in the offensive scheme to risk getting hurt on a kickoff where for the most part, the kick is in the endzone anyways. Or a punt return where the return avarage is only around 12 yds per return. Yes, I love the abilities of Ellis and Van to be the play makers, but I also believe that a HEALTHY Chase Naccarato is a very powerful weapon to have for returning punts and KO...
