How big will our crowd be?

I would be there no matter what the weather was like unfortunatley I am having my tonsils removed Friday morning and my girlfriend won't let me drive over after I am released.

The cold WILL impact attendance, especially since the game is now available on GamePlan. That's a simple fact, like it or not. Some people -- even GOOD fans -- are unwilling/unable to sit outside for 3-4 hours in 10-degree temperatures.

I used to go shorts, but now as I have grown older and wiser, I believe it is dumb to be in shorts in 10 degree weather. PolsonGriz will be in shorts. As for crowd 20,500. I only purchased 4 of my 6 season tix. I lost some folks to opening weekend for skiing-Powder on their brains-maybe wind packed after last night. 20500 will sound like 30K. Playoff crowds are awesome.

NWS now saying -5 Friday night and high of 10 Saturday, mostly sunny and very light wind.
 
Man I hope it's sunny! I know, I'm from butte and 10 degrees is a good spring day, but it's So Much nicer in the NEZ when the sun is beaming down. It never quite gets to the west sidelines this time of year tho....

I'll say 20,250. I'd like to think we'd break 20k even with weather.
 
I will be there from Great Falls. Probably the only playoff game this year. Skipping the wife's christmas party for it. She is coming to it. She is hispanic from Southern California and we are planning on ways to keep her warm. She must really love me. She is a keeper.

I am thinking 19,800. We have a bunch of bandwagon fans. I am not complaining, because they spend the money during the year, but you should be there for playoffs too.
 
My wife I are flying from Phoenix (going to be 70 here today) to Billings on Thursday and driving over to Missoula on Friday for the game, can't wait, a little cold weather won't stop us. FYI I am one of those over 70 year old season ticket holder who gets accused of being a fair weather only fan, sorry to burst your bubble there boys.

Griz bench gets the sun also. It does make a small difference in warmth.

Leepers Motel in Lincoln has a hot tub outside. At least they did last time I was there. It is at the west end of town. Press Box is ok for pre game but busy.

Ha ha. My wife thinks you are all crazy. I might have to sneak out if the house with pants over my shorts and change later. Also, might bring my ski bibs just in case.
