The ITF announced a two-year ban for recently retired tennis star Martina Hingis after the hottie supposedly popped for coke at Wimbledon.

Hingis blew the cover on this herself as she believes she's been set up. She claims she's never touched the stuff in her life. Naturally, given the state of sports, nobody "in charge" cares what Hingis has to say.

What a sad way for a wonderful career to end.

A real shame. But I'm inclined to believe the tests like I always have with any sport. Women's tennis is totally stacked right now though, so it shouldn't hurt the sport as much as one would think if they read this news without being a tennis follower.
