I believe Jabin is a legit 4.45 guy. I think BWhalberg said he had one bad run of 4.61 but then ran a 4.4 something. Tru didn't run at the pro day but ran in the low 4.5's twice unofficially (hand timed, like how the scouts do it) at the combine and a 4.61 official.
 
What was up with the last two clips in Jabins video? Look like he slowed down a bit and could only get a hand on the ball.
