Just kidding, apparently playing defense is important. Hard to believe that defense wins championships.

Both of our NCs were won by our defenses.

1995 offense was pretty high octane , was one of the best in the nation. Defense was lights out in the playoffs.

It's clear what wins games, conference championships, playoffs and national titles. Good old fashioned smash mouth football, it's that simple. Also not rebuilding each year but reloading. That is what we had with Bobby and that's what we will have again now that he's back.

Semi final winners combine for 14 turnovers and 728 rushing yards. Not that those things are important or anything...

If defense wins NDSU &JMU will play for the title and NDSU will win again!!! KK has it all down pat!
JMU absolutely crushed a VERY GOOD team yesterday. I’m not too sure that NDSU is the better team defensively. I’d probably bet on the team that had 10 takeaways on a team that beat NDSU.

I felt that SD gave ( made mistakes) more than JM took. Think NDSU will roll.

Taryn Christion had literally as poor of a game as you could imagine. 2 of his 3 fumbles came without a single JMU player being involved...just ball coming out of his hands prior to passing. The third fumble even was primarily due to same thing, although he was being tackled.

As for passing, tons of widely inaccurate throws. JMU does have a couple of great corners, but again he was throwing up garbage.

The SDSU/NDSU game was kind of similar. NDSU had 5 TO’s, 4 by Stick. Hard to win a game when you play that sloppy.
