If I'm Tommy Mellot and watched the game today I would be having some significant thoughts concerning my life choices.
Are you kidding? He may be the starting QB next year at this rate. Gotta be licking his chops right now...

With all due respect would you want to play QB in that system? Maybe if you wanted to line up as a wide receiver half the time and never see the rock to stay uninjured but other than that? I do concur that he may start next year but "start" to that team only means you take the first snap. Honestly I was worried the Griz may have trouble in bozo this year but unless there is a driving snowstorm (there is that possibility) that requires snow removal during the game they have no chance. Watch the tape of the end of game implosion, including the bizarre point after call on the cats last TD, and you will come around. I think Choate is headed for the same fate as Stitt, moving on to some sort of coordinator position, assuredly not an offensive coordinator, but boy he is in no way head coach material.

I have to believe all that hocus pocus with moving QB’s around and wildcat and LB as QB is only because they do NOT have a legit D1 QB on the roster. If Mellott is that guy, I would think things would change significantly in how they handle the position.

Then again, maybe Choke really IS a retard who can’t develop a legit QB.

Pretty accurate post. Maybe not .800, but better than what these guys are doing. Maybe another extension is in order for a .500 coach?

I was going to make an an account on bobcat nation just to blast them about destroying the athletic future Troy Anderson may have. The kid is just taking a beating as they get desperate and every team now realizes that he will run it right at the line every time. But I figured they would just get defensive and stupid defending the coaching staff. Wish the best for Troy.

Choate publicly has said he will not have to be fired and that he will leave on his own if he is not getting it done. So not only is Choate a shitty coach he is a liar.

Sounds like members of Congress, with their "term limit" Bullshit preaching. I have never personally met anyone that left an obscenely high paying job because they are an honest good person.

They are finally getting it

Sad to see, that after a big win, two of the top threads desk with MSU. Clearly Griz fans some here have their priorities screwed up.

Serious statement: Troy Andersen should transfer out. He has a red shirt year and could to any school of his choosing up, down, or sideways in division. That program and staff are a train wreck right now. Watching Choach coach is like watching Jar jar binks try to instruct Luke Skywalker on how to become a better Jedi.
