Here's a (dumb) thought...

If we open up a huge lead on CCU (big if) and the game is comfortably in hand, what better way to prep for the FargoDome then turning on our own team and getting those decibels up while we're on offense?

And yes I realize that:

A) it's putting the cart before the horse
B) this would be impossible to co-ordinate
C) the team would think we've gone crazy
D) 1/3 of the crowd will be leaving the stadium early
E) 1/3 of the crowd will still be tailgating
F) Hostile foreign environment =/= fake hostile familiar environment
G) there's a lot less pressure to perform when you're up big in the first place

etc. etc., but it's a stupid idea I had to share

That's actually not all that dumb at all.

I don't think that we'll get a big lead on CCU... but if we did that would be a really good thing to help the team prepare.

It's kind of a cool idea but there's no way it would work. Few fans will want to blow their vocal chords for "practice". Even if you could coordinate it, it would be fun for one play, but then the novelty would wear off. On the other hand, if it did work, we'd look like the smartest fans on the planet.

I really hope the Griz don't lose, because this thread will look ridiculous.
