Aww dang...just suffered my first bracket casualty of the day...Marquette losing...I had been perfect up til this point. I have you guys into round 2 against BC, but not winning. But, I will be rooting for you on Saturday for a chance at the Sweet 16.

my son thought so... he walks four blocks home from school and was amazed to see the game hadnt ended yet as only 12 seconds had ticked off the clock, :30 to :18

Same here - Marquette was my first loss.
 
Does anyone know what time the game starts on Saturday? I need to figure out what time of the morning I have to start driving!
 
I have been clicking over to Sportline to make sure the score has not changed......SLC for the weekend anyone???

I had the same thing. damn Marquette...but hopefully UCLA beats Alabama and keeps my bracket in tact.

I remember how disappointed I was when the Griz lost to Florida State in '92. And now 14 years later...

The Griz have been getting zero respect or recognition nationally this week. Perhaps they'll finally get a little bit now. But they probably need to beat an east coast team (i.e. Boston College on Saturday) to really get the attention they deserve.

Yes it does, Seatown!!! The only thing that sucked was that KIRO kept going to other games. Thank God for Mick on the internet!!! And speaking of Mick, Congrats to the "Good Guys"!!!
 
I don't think the Griz were so much disrespected this week as they were simply ignored. Very few so-called 'experts' even had this upset on their radar, or even a game worth paying attention to.

The Griz were just treated with a mild neglect, almost like a stray neighborhood dog that you don't pay any attention to.
 
Yeah, that was annoying. I missed the end of the game because of them switching over to the freakin' Marquette/Ala game.

But it's just as sweet nonetheless!!! :dance:
