:o :o Friday March 25 Missoulians says Henkel transferring to Carroll.

Starter Pariseau (Shadle Park High Spokane) will be a senior next year. Pariseau thinks his (Pariseaus) move is "risky" but says "whatever."

Starter (Nelson 6'9" Issaquah Wa.) will sit out to play D-1 with two years left. "A lot of D-1 schools are contacting me." Still wishes his "best to Eastern coaches and team. " :o :o

Maybe I'm off, but this just seems wrong. I wonder if there's more to the story?

:o :o I do not think the transfer of starters is a good thing for anyone. Not a lot of good on the horizon from this event. A case for the transfer of player who has not been getting time may have some justification. There is always more to a story. The last time we saw these folks playing there was no lack of effort. Good luck to all envolved. :o :o

EWU lost two starters and a coach and promptly sank to the bottom of the
Big Sky. Ray G is one of the most dynamic coachs you will ever meet-
I think that the players were frustrated by the comparison. EWU has Rodney Stuckey next year ,Henkel they won't miss.

Henkle is said to really like Carroll
Nelson is said to want to transfer to Utah, but will most likely settle for Boise St.

Actually EWU lost 4 players including 3 starters. Snow was the league MVP, and Merrit was a 1st team all conference player. Giacoletti is a good coach, but I think he also inherited some great talent from the previous coaching staff (Steve Aggers).

Yeah and Giac inherited great players from the majarus. I am not sure if Nelson would make a good fit at Utah (other conferences seem to be able to get the bigs). I'm inpressed with Krysto (?), he really turned around the team. It will be interesting to see the recruits he brings in.
