No, no rule against it because there is nothing in football rules that grants the right to signal in play calls. How would you prove it? How would you enforce it? Perhaps create a Football sign stealing investigators unit? Use all the greatest technology to prove that one team is dumb enough to continue to use signs that the other team understands -- when it would be just as easy to change them...

What's funny is that some Cat fans are all butthurt because they think JJ's injury was either faked or overplayed, but I guess it was totally fine the week before when Ash kept Prukop's injury totally under wraps all week so that Idaho St would be taken by surprise when Bleskin started. Do they really not see the hypocrisy there???

Was JJ's injury maybe played up a bit? Yeah, it probably was. But so what? Maybe your D end should do his job and not crash down on the read option. :roll:

I recall that Ash did exactly that with McGhee last year. That his injury would "likely" keep him out of the EWU game (if I am recalling the matchup), as late as Thursday before the game, and McGhee showed up Saturday just fine.

I am a bit slow. I sat trying to think when Hermanson stole play calls in the past. It finally dawned on me as to the reference. When I got done laughing I had tears in my eyes. Definitely POTY material.
