Defensive back: must know how to play zone and man defense. Prefer somone with ball skills and can defend a pass...must possess adequate speed and toughness. criminal record not problem
Quarterback: must lead by example. Must be able to view entire field. must be able to hit wide open receivers with the ball. must get rid of the ball in a timely fashion.
....oh yeah...anyone with hands can apply to be a reciever
