The results aren't there. However, he is making good reads, solid decisions, and improved progressions. He's just not accurate so far.

True, he will settle down.

But remember, this is one of the best D's in FBS
 
regardless of how the second half turns out, I think we have seen this team can go very far in FCS
 
I think if someone had predicted that we would only be down by four points at the half and our defense would be playing lights out, and our OL would be giving the QB plenty of time, and our quarterback would be keeping the ball safe and making good decisions, anyone with half a brain would have laughed. And yet, here we are. I don't think we have too much to complain about. If Cam can just settle down a bit who knows what could happen?

He hasn’t been making mistakes, but he’s indecisive and just a little off. Definitely not saying we should switch, but he has held back the offense so far. I’m excited to see what he can do in the second half.
 
I hope we put more trust in Akem in the 2nd half. I believe, he can win any match up. Cam just has to give him a chance.
