He sounds like a humble great guy.

So I didn't want to just throw up his name and cause people to freak out.

SAMUEL AKEM
So this guy has a summer job and is working where my daughter has been working for several years during her summers. Anyway, she texts me and says Samuel Akem is working the summer here. So I responded to her by saying he is the best wide receiver in the Big Sky and one of the best in the nation! Boom!

So what does she do but walk up the Samuel and tell him what her dad said.........

She said he said something like, "wow, I don't know where he got that from but thank you."

So to repeat my subject title, he sounds like a humble great guy.

Couldn’t agree more. & based on what I’ve seen/read about these players this past year, you’ve got a team full of humble, great guys. :thumb:

Listen to some of his interviews. Dude is not only a baller, he’s smart as hell, humble, and grounded.

After the NFL, he’ll go far in life.

I was just talking to a person whose grandson attended a football camp at UM. She and her grandson were really impressed with the way he worked with the campers. He was humble and very encouraging. He may end up being one of the greatest receivers the Griz have ever had and that is pretty darn good company. Glad Samuel is a good guy. Hope he stays healthy this year. If we can get some good growth out of our OL and establish a solid running game Samuel may end up having a fantastic season.

I hear yeah but I would argue that he already had a great season without those factors last year The dude had 13 touchdown receptions. Sammy is gonna be a beast.
