Hauck will coach at UM as long as he wants to, could it be 10 years?

So I guess Bobby is on permanent scholarship and doesn’t have to live up to his own standards he set for himself when he was hired?

1. Beat the Cats
2. Win the Big Sky
3. Win the Natty

According to my calculations, he’s currently 3 for 21 on his goals.

Please explain to me why we are so lucky to have a coach that can’t live up to his own metrics for success.

The Griz were a play away from winning this year's brawl which would have given them home field advantage in the SuperBrawl...

If that plays out - it is quite possible the result is different. Cripes- every cat fan out there was nervous about the SuperBrawl despite it being played in bozeman.

Yes - any rational, non-emotional human understands this.

It's been explained to you many, many times but the explanation doesn't fit your narrative and is discarded.
 
Cats, NDSU, SDSU will be reloading and in the running for the Natty next year...
there may be a dark horse team like Illinois in the mix too...Griz won't get pass
the Cats unfortunately ...Cats are loaded with young talent and will reload with
Lamson..Griz will be good l assumed but won't be in the caliber of these teams.
. but some will be ok with this....the stadium will be full, and everyone will keep
their jobs.....

Bobby lacks the coaching chops to beat a good team on the road, Washington was not good. Bobby's record is not impressive when factoring in the Wa Griz advantage. He's never been able to beat a good team on the road,
I'm sure he is a likable guy but he just isn't good enough to remain coach of the Griz. Money talks and when the big contributors say its time to move on we will.

You guys. Hoops or PlayaRep is fine just being competitive year in and year out as long as Bobby is coach. Idk why everyone keeps feeding this.
I don’t want Bobby to lose his job because I think he is good for the program. But I do wish he would abandon the dumb ass 335 and start getting bigger kids on the lines

I also wish he would make amends with whatever he did to piss off the local schools so we could start getting a few more of the Montana kids that we used to. And keep a few a year away from the cats.

If he could just swallow some pride and make a few changes he could once again get this program to being nearly unstoppable. I just don’t think he will change.

Hoops on the other hand comes on here. Spouting his typical nonsense and defense of anything Bobby related even tho anyone can see that changes do need to happen. If you are ok being second best to the cats and just making semifinal appearances every couple of years. Then hoops has a bridge to sell you.

Dude the big contributors are not moving on from Bobby. Idk if many people realize how many winters a good amount of money in this program have left.

Hoops doesn't care if we beat the Cats, EVER. He's okay losing to the Cats once or twice in a season. He's okay losing to the Cats 7 of the last 9 times. He's okay if the Griz lost to the Cats 16 times in a row. He will say that's not true and then add in an insult but the evidence is on this board. Does that sound like a true Griz fan?

Things would be different if they weren’t title contenders nearly every season. Then the goal should simply be winning a championship. But if you have to beat the cats to get to the championship then one would think it should matter a little more…

And, unfortunately, a lot of in-state recruits DO care who wins cat/Griz.
