Why do you think harbaugh at Michigan, Herman at Texas, Fischer at Texas a@m and mark dantonio at Michigan state are either on the hot seat at their schools or have been let go, because a large part is they haven't been able to beat their biggest rivals on a consistent basis.
All have/had huge salaries too.

Harbaugh is the only one that is even remotely on the hot seat. Tom Herman is for sure not on the hot seat. Texas is loaded this year and will have their best team in years. A&M owes Jimbo like 70 million dollars still, not getting fired. Dantonio resigned and was not fired. AD said months before that his job was safe.

Bobby Hauck would have to murder someone to get fired.
