I hate to do this again, Colter, but we weren’t the #1 ranked team in 2007. #1 was UNI, and #2 was McNeese State. Despite having an undefeated season, our strength of schedule was probably among the weakest of any power conference team, which lead to us being behind those two teams.

Apart from that, a great article.
 
The 09 app state game was not an overtime game. The D had a goal line stand and Tru defended a pass in the endzone as time expired. It was cold, it was loud.
