Nice to have H.S football back. Butte High lighting up Kalispell 41-21 midway through the 4th. Is Kalispell off this year or does Butte High have something this year? Butte QB Berg is having his way with the Kalispell D.

Life is back to normal

All 3 billings schools win and all 3 missoula schools lose

Have to say that I though Big Sky looked pretty decent against West in the opener. West has some talent this year, although it is untested at the varsity level.

Butte's biggest problem is being in the Eastern conference now. It is a tougher league, top to bottom anyway, and wins are harder to come by. West has the Helena schools at the top but not much below them While the East has the Great falls and Billings schools who are usually much better than the missoula and Kalispell group as a whole.

Kalispell and Missoula would kick everybody's ass in skateboarding though.
 
Billings Poke... in AA Football there is no East and West as far as conferences. Everybody is in the same conference. Thus, Skyview vs. Sentinel, Butte vs. Flathead, Big Sky vs. West, Hellgate vs Bozo, etc... were all conference games. Every game is a conference game and affects seeding and playoffs in the end.
 
But he is correct. Capital and Helena High are the only ones from the "West" that won this weekend (as divided by the basketball divisions.
 
Who is doing what statisically? How is Ginn doing at Hellgate? I have a feeling he is getting double and triple teamed most every game now and all year. Hellgate has to build depth.

Butte jumped out early and led for most of the game but Capital wore them down and scored 2 td's in the 4th. Butte is very much improved and gave Capital all they wanted. Don't count Butte out just yet.

New West High QB is starting to hit his Stride now. I think West can contend for the title. West had only a few problems with a good Skyview team last night.

Kid may be a D1 talent at 6'6" and 210 pounds he has the size

I would not count out Bozeman either
