Growing disparity in 2012 Big Sky?

The season opening efforts by Sac State, Southern Utah, NAU and UNC suggest that there might be a real gulf between the top three or four in the BSC and the bottom half. Arizona State and Utah were the only quality opponents and NAU's performance was a total embarrassment. Sac State's "pass defense" was little more than a sieve against a very average NM State - and Utah State, which lost a lot of key seniors, easily handled SUU. The expanded BSC will prove to be an interesting collection of haves and have-nots.

I dunno, most of the Big Sky seems to get blown out in FBS play every year. Like most FCS "upsets", a top 25 team played a bottom 25 team and it paid off

So now that EWU beat idaho they are the best team in this shitty conference? ok bud. Anyways though, all these new additions just made the big sky even more pathetic than it already was.

We'll see.

Easy there, glass house. You have made some of the most off-the-wall observations I have ever seen....like your post above.

I can never tell if you have an odd sense of humor, or actually believe it.

The only disparity proven Thursday night was the one between the Big Sigh Conference and all the but absolute worst FBS school in the country. Even then, EWU struggled mightily to score against the Vandals, who did nothing but give the ball back for four straight quarters.
Heck, the 'Cats completed 29 of 40 passes against Chadron State and still only managed 176 yards!

There's no disparity between Big Sigh schools. NAU, UNC, Sac State, SUU, and the others will struggle mightily against each other this year.
