Grizzly Scholarship golf tourney

Grizzly Scholarship golf tourney is June 5

Summit Beverage is partnering with the Butte Chapter of the Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) to hold the Coors Light Grizzly Golf Tournament.

The tournament will be held the afternoon of Friday, June 5, 2015, at the Butte Country Club. All monies raised will go to the University of Montana Grizzly Scholarship Association to provide UM student athletes with scholarships.

This tournament is a four-person scramble. You may form a team or be placed with a team. The tournament fee is $100 per golfer. This includes a round of golf and dinner at our tailgate/social. There will be a Griz auction.

Thanks for the friendly invite! I wish I could have joined ya's, that would have been a blast. But I couldn't make it. I went to Billings for the weekend, for a ASA (softball) tournament. The girls were in the high school aged division. We (Butte) won the tournament, so in that I take a little solace in missing my Griz.

How was the GSA event?

Fun! From what I remember, anyways. I think they raised a fair amount of money. Good turnout, great day for golf.
