griztix. Now mailing ticket

I called GrixTix after recieving the notice that tickets were ready. Mine showed Mobile View even though I had requested Print at Home. I was told there was a glitch in the system and everyone's went out as Mobile View. They sent me a link to print at home and it worked great. I'd imagine they have been swamped with calls.
 
So I’m confused which for me is not hard to do. I was able to print my tickets but not my season parking pass.
I think a call on Monday is warranted 😬
 
So after a 20min hold on the phone at the ticket office I found out the tickets you printed out at home should be good to go. Parking passes for season parking passes will be mailed out next week.

Has anybody had any luck with this lately? I ended up with the mobile version and am trying to get 2 season tickets to a friend that has zero tech skills and a flip phone. This shouldn't be this complicated and I'm sure others are facing the same issue. I hope there isn't a shitstorm Saturday.
