Neither does most of the country! UM has chosen to ignore the far flung alumni who supported this program for decades. Not all of us want to go to crappy bars with boozehounds on a Sat afternoon....all I get by GoGriz is a loooooooooooooooooong interview with a coach who seems tired and talks in history...this program is really on a precipice. I guess that is the program the President of UM wants...

Remember, it was the Big Sky that hooked up with ROOT ... UM and MSU got two votes on accepting the contract (assuming the commish even called a vote). Of course, the other BSC school would vote for it -- they get to milk the most attractive programs in the conference.

As for "most of the country" -- recall (posted on another thread) that ROOT is a wholly-owned sub of DirecTV. If you have have a DirecTV dish, then you get lots of stuff. (We just watched Towson annihilate UNH on something called "CSN New England.") Not sure why DirecTV won't stream games, but I suppose that, collectively, they figure it would cut into their satellite revenue.
