GRIZ/ Weber game thread

They went either 10-0 or 11-0 down the stretch. we were up by 14 and they cut it to 4.

The game at Weber will be tougher than this one, I think. They will probably focus on Akoh so someone else needs to step up...the talent at UM is good, but the consistency is not. This was a pretty good win and the Griz have No. Colorado in Missoula...things are getting interesting.

Absolutely!

Technically, NoColo leads the Big Sky because they are 8-2, while UM and Weber are 7-2. But the reality is, all three are tied with two conference losses ... and the Griz have the tie-breaker on both. With a lot of BBall still to be played, of course.

For sure, they will have to be more consistent in Ogden.
 
Can't figure out Montana's lineup, to finish out the game, falls and Moorhead to the end. Wow. Don't see either one that great defensively. They are both big time liabilities shooting and ball handling when Montana has the ball it's like 3 on 5 basketball..

Moorhead is very effective on defense and tonight he was putting on a show!
 
EWU leading by 14 ay Sac state, 8 min. to go. Not over, by any means.

FWIW: PSU is beating the crap out of Idaho. (What a Surprise!)
 
Great win. Any win against one of the best is always good. But holy shit does this team suck at putting teams away and making free throws. They only shoot 67% from the FT Line, that’s pretty damn awful and will cost them a game I guarantee it.

Also, why do he refs even have replay if they don’t use it to make the correct call that was blatantly obvious when it went off the Weber player’s shoulder!
