GRIZ vs USC

Well roster deployment is all over the place seems like we are just getting people out there and feeling things out, problem is USC looks pretty well coach and is not going to let us get away with taking our first baby steps as a team

I signed up for the gold package with Spectrum, which has the Pac 12 network and a number of premium channels like Starz for $20 a month. Right now, at least, not feeling warm and fuzzy about it, as the Griz look pretty lost.

Or, as the announcer said, the Griz are getting "buzzsawed."

lol the announcers talking about how CBU could shoot...man we got to be able to some shots to be able to pull an upset. I know tis the first 15min of the season but still

At first I was wondering why Bannon was starting and playing so much. Lots of missed shots and turnovers and missed defensive assignments. But now he's starting to get in the groove with some nice moves, shots, etc. Shows some savvy for a big freshman.

Who was the bigger recruit Beasley or Whitney? Clark or Bannon?

Right now Whitney and Bannon look like two of the better players on the floor for the Griz. But the night, and the season, are young.

I've talked about Bannon settling down and having moments when he looked like he could be a big player for the Griz down the road, but Whitney is the most impressive player for the Griz on the floor so far. Has done a good job penetrating and distributing the ball. Not intimidated at all by the big guys inside for USC.
So far, the guys who played a lot last year haven't shown much. Satterwhite is shaky, and the other guys with some experience -- Parker, Egun, Anderson, Vasquez, Steadman, even Carter-Hollinger -- haven't impressed so far.
