Griz vs UND

Not trying to be a jerk, but this team lost by 32 points to Weber last week! They are 5-8, with two of those wins against "Presentation College" (whoever they are),and another patsy. Guys, how can you be happy that we are tied with them at halftime? This is another example of how we play down to our competition. We should win this game by 20+.

Well...first off, we aren't tied with them at halftime. We are up 38-36.

Second, the game is being played @UND.... I know you didn't say otherwise, but given your history of being confused where the game is, I figured I'd just clue ya in on that one ;)

Third, road games in the Big Sky seem to always be tough. Sure there are occasional games where a team blows out the other (PSU against the Griz several years ago, Weber @ UND this year, etc), but it's not all that common, even for good teams playing @ bad teams.

I'm pretty sure we covered this "blow everyone out" theory you had in previous threads...and it was shown that No... even in the "good ol' days" the Griz didn't blow every non-great team out.

UND also gave South Dakota State (very good team) a tough game on the road losing by only 1. They are capable of playing very well and have some very talented players (Huff for example), and of course they are capable of losing badly too.

Great start to the second half for the Griz. 47-38 right now, Griz lead.
Huff picked up his 3rd personal which helps too.

I could not get the site to work, so I have not been able to hear, or watch the game. Yes, I though the game was in Missoula. But as for your allegation of my history of being confused about where games are played, I have no clue what you are talking about.

Yep, lost BSTV here too. The other games are working fine, so it just appears to be a problem with the UND feed :(

It's back now.

Love their announcer bitching about the alleged lack of foul calls against the Griz...and UND only has had 2 called against them this half. The Griz have 7.
