Griz vs Sioux

A somewhat slow start, but other than that, a very solid 1st half. Johnson is still great offensively and got his team through a slow start. Cherry is great defensively as for sticking to his man, and impressed with his passing. Ward appears to be another Strait. He is stronger and a better offensive player than I thought. Staudacher has really worked on athleticism. He is everywhere, helping rebound, made a few steals, great offensive position, and actually drew a foul. Too bad his shots are not falling. Banny is all energy, and rebounding beast. McGillis playing good defense, but is outsized at the 4. Young is athletic but not making an impact yet.

Nice 1st half, and the shots should fall more often in the 2nd half.
 
Glad to see the Griz fans are saving their voices for the football game, lame lame make some flipping noise.
 
Defense looked great. Granted, UND isn't an extremely athletic squad, but the hustle was there. This team should be better than Tinkle's previous 3. Not a lot of depth, but good talent.
