Somebody wake up Citay! There was a Kelby Kramer sighting the last few minutes of the half!

He looked good on both posessions. Why hasn't he played more with Akoh out? Big body guy strong down low. I don't get it it Hope to see more of him in the 2nd half.

Fab or no Fab the defense is not what it should be and a far cry from last year.

The conference from top to bottom has simply not performed as they should have. I don't see a clear favorite to win the conference tournament this year. Montana should be favored but some of the players seem distracted. Could this be the year the Big Sky has to go to the play in game?

Does Morehead even think about scoring? What is his game nowdays? Pass and set picks. Yeah he plays D...but for F sakes...even Dennis Rodman would shoot once in a while.

Big Shot Bob makes a 3 on his first shot of the game!

Is placement in the play-in game subjective? The powers that be decide based on perceived performance? Or is there a more protocolized process. I havent ever seen Big Sky Champion go to the play-in. We would likely be regular season as well as BSC tournament champion. I wouldnt think we would be in the play in but I guess there is a first time for everything. We have a lot of hard work to do to win the BSC tourney. I have really enjoyed these upper classmen but this year has seemed uninspired. I keep waiting for them to “gel” but at this point we are probably who we are and are not going to suddenly become a legit NCAA tourney 1st round threat. I really hope I am wrong.

And he makes another one on his second shot of the game!

Falls has upped his game tonight, fortunately.

Second leading scorer with 12.... also 2 rebs, 3 assists and 3 steals

I wonder if UM will ever get a tougher player than Oguine. What a player he is and how cool he can remain when getting pounded. He will be missed. I know he is not NBA caliber but I bet he would be a great sports manager/agent. Smart AND tough.

I've sometimes wondered what he'd be like as a defensive back in football.

Course he's probably too smart to want to take a beating like that...

Excellent shooting so far ... already four Griz in double figures. And they're starting to do better on rebounds.

Keep it up, Griz!

Edit: Come on Rorie ... hit another and make it five Griz in double figures. :)

So, great win, they figured out the interior defense. Better late than never. However, with Weber and the sCats losing, what does that mean for the Griz?

Griz win regular season title outright since Northern Colorado lost today to NAU

Very nice win for the Griz. (And the kitties are losing to Portland State :thumb: )

Plus, Rorie came thru to give the Griz five players in double figures.

Yeah, my mistake, I thought I saw that NCU won by 1 today. Sorry. I've been drinking.

Yep. Just posted on ESPN "Standings" page. CONGRATS! Griz.

Im really not sure what to think about this game. at times the Griz looked like world beaters, but for long stretches they looked lost. sloppy passes, poor shot selections, just ugly. here's to Akoh being back for the tourney

Falls has been a little out of sorts at times this year, but he'd probably be my player of the game: 16 pts on 5 of 7 shots, as well as 5 assts, 1 reb, and 4 steals. Even 1 block. Kudos to him.

You're off the hook (mostly). ESPN was totally screwed up for quite a time and had the game over (with NoColo winning by 1) when it had actually gone into OT. There, the 'Jacks won handily, 89-78.
