Griz vs. PSU Game Thread

The Griz bench was very good tonight. Selvig was my player of the game. Came off the bench to give the team a spark in the first half. Shot well, including 3-3 from 3-pt range. Led the team in rebounds (6). Passed well, including 3 assists. Defended well.

UM had 3 turnovers in the game, and zero in the second half. Note that a very good PSU player was hurt, hip problem I believe. PSU shot 7-20 in second half.

Refs called a bunch of BS calls on Cherry, which limited his playing time in both halves. Pretty good crowd, in terms of noise, tonight. Sen. Tester was at the game.

Cherry got screwed.. will have to keep an eye on that the rest of the year... he has been dominating other Big Sky Guards when he picks them up full court and i'm sure their respective coaches have been complaining in their defense...... Selvig showed flashes of how good he can be.... he has ridiculous potential.... great win for the Grizzlies tonight, lets hope the momentum carries over into the duration of the season..... nice to see Stauds continue to shoot well also :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:
